Advanced Sailing School

                                       
     

The advanced sailing school is intended for those who have successfully mastered the basic sailing school courses, those who have some experience in sailing, or those who want to remind themselves, or train in advanced sailing with an instructor. With advanced sailing school we want to improve basic knowledge about sailing and expand it with more complicated methods of sailing and navigation.  

The goal of the advanced sailing school is that in 7 days you expand your basic knowledge of sailing. The difference between the basic and the advanced level sailing school courses are: the methods of sailing, sailing downwind with a spinnaker and gennaker and trimming them, fine sails trimming for regatta sailing, balancing the sailing boat with weight of the crew, nighttime navigation, and preparation for solo-navigation.

In order to demonstrate your knowledge and skills you acquired, we can arrange for you to attend a regatta as the finish of the sailing school. The crew of the sailing school, with the help of several experienced members of the YC Endemi can fight on one of the many regattas in the calendar. The regatta is the best indicator of the knowledge gained during school courses.
